These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wc99 ("wc99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at wc99.cam.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing the gaming lobby or placing any wager on the wc99 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents and that you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wc99 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes continued acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on wc99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws applicable in your territory — whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

• Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing or using the wc99 platform under any circumstances.
• Employees, contractors, agents or family members of wc99 or its technology partners are not permitted to hold player accounts without explicit written consent.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the wc99 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. wc99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership or control of the payment method used for deposits.
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML obligations.

Withdrawals will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to wc99's satisfaction. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and legal action.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. wc99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. wc99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take adequate precautions to protect their login credentials.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees, upon verification.

Payment method options available to Pakistani players may include methods familiar to users of local services. Players are advised to check the cashier for currently available options, applicable minimum and maximum limits, and any processing fees charged by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.

• wc99 may request additional verification for large withdrawals or where AML obligations require it.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by wc99 are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all wc99 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply during bonus play — placing bets above the stated limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Evidence of abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit, will result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus or associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• wc99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotional offer at its discretion, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.

All wagers placed on wc99 are final once accepted by the platform. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including stake amount, selection, market and odds — before confirming any wager. wc99 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.

wc99 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error caused incorrect odds or game outcomes to be displayed.
• Where a bet was placed after an event's natural conclusion in live/in-play markets.
• Where the bet involves an event that is subsequently abandoned or declared void by the relevant sporting authority.
• Where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns or collusion.

Casino games and live dealer games are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of a dispute between the displayed game rules and any content elsewhere on the platform, the game rules displayed within the game itself shall take precedence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc99 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or automated means to access, play or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or commercialise any element of the wc99 platform or its proprietary content.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wc99 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or KYC.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, wc99 reserves the right to void all affected wagers, forfeit all balances, permanently close the Account and, where legally required, report the conduct to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

All content on the wc99 platform, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks and branding, is the proprietary property of wc99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wc99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wc99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, any wager placed or refused, or any other interaction with the Platform.

wc99 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. wc99's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

wc99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all registered players. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible via account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

Players are encouraged to make active use of these tools as part of their gambling activity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits wc99's right to seek urgent or interim relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legal rights or proprietary interests.

wc99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, wc99 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. The date of the most recent update is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.
